The Exec Team Room is an AI senior leadership team — CEO, Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, Safety, Quality, Lean and an executive assistant — briefed on your live company data. It only covers the modules you have switched on, and it is advisory: it recommends, you decide. Enterprise Network models your sites, entities and flows, with a dependency matrix that shows how they rely on each other.

What is a workspace?
A workspace is a company tenant in DO.Impact. Each workspace has its own strategy, data, users, and billing. A consultant can own multiple workspaces; a multi-site manufacturer can separate divisions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Seat limits block new invitations until you upgrade or archive inactive members.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your workspace switches to read-only. Nothing is deleted; you can still view and export data. Reactivating restores full write access immediately.
How are AI credits shared?
AI credits are pooled at the workspace level. Admins can see usage in the admin panel. When the pool runs out, AI features pause until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
What do I get on the Free plan?
7 days in a sandbox of the TitanScale Template workspace. Every pillar, module and report is open and every button works — you can create, edit and drag things around exactly as a paying customer would. No card, nothing to cancel.
Why are my sandbox changes not saved?
Sandbox edits live in your browser session only, so the demo workspace stays clean for everyone. Refresh the page and it resets to the seeded example data. AI features are switched off in the sandbox. Upgrading gives you your own workspace where everything is saved.
What happens after 7 days?
The sandbox closes and you see the plans page. Nothing is deleted because nothing was saved — pick a plan whenever you are ready and you start fresh in your own writable workspace.
Do you handle VAT and tax?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which calculates and collects VAT/sales tax at the point of purchase and issues you a clean invoice for your records.
