Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using DO.Impact, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
DO.Impact is an integrated operating system for industrial manufacturers. It provides modules for strategy, commercial growth, operations management, and people capability. The service is hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure and operated by doimpact.llc.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. doimpact.llc reserves the right to suspend accounts that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. Free Sandbox
New users may explore the TitanScale Template workspace in a 7-day, session-only sandbox. Sandbox changes are not saved, AI features are disabled, and no payment card is required. After 7 days, the sandbox closes and users must select a paid plan to create their own workspace.
5. Subscriptions, Add-ons and Payments
Paid plans and optional add-ons (such as the Intelligence Add-on: Exec Team Room + Enterprise Network) are billed in advance according to the plan selected on the Pricing page. Seat limits, workspace limits, and AI credit allowances are enforced by the application. You may upgrade or cancel through billing settings. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DO.Impact to upload, store, or process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for obtaining lawful grounds to upload any personal data or company information, and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
7. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant doimpact.llc a limited license to process that data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. doimpact.llc retains ownership of the platform, software, and any materials we create.
8. Confidentiality and Shared Responsibility
Security and compliance are shared responsibilities. doimpact.llc secures the platform infrastructure and application, while you are responsible for user access management, credential security, and the lawfulness of the data you upload.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for non-payment. You may delete your account or workspace at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, doimpact.llc and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used only the free sandbox.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless doimpact.llc and its service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your data, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. The latest version is always available at this URL.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
