Where is my data stored?

DO.Impact is hosted on Lovable Cloud managed infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in a multi-tenant database, and isolated to your workspace through company-scoped row-level security policies.

What AI does DO.Impact use?

The optional Exec Team Room add-on uses the Lovable AI Gateway, with Google Gemini as the default model. AI only reads your live workspace data when the add-on is enabled and you are within your monthly credit allowance. The free sandbox does not use AI.

Where is AI used in the app?

AI is only used inside the optional Exec Team Room add-on. No other screen in DO.Impact uses AI to generate content, make decisions, change data, or produce reports. The free sandbox does not use AI at all.

Is DO.Impact SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. DO.Impact does not currently hold SOC 2 Type II or ISO/IEC 27001 certification — both are independent audits of doimpact.llc as a company, and certification is on our roadmap. The security controls listed below are already in place today.

Is DO.Impact an ERP?

No. DO.Impact does not run your general ledger, payroll or invoicing. It is the operating layer above them — most shops keep QuickBooks or the ERP they already have and use DO.Impact to actually run the business day to day.

  • It does: job status, daily boards, scheduling, KPIs, improvement and reporting
  • It does not: accounting, payroll, invoicing or tax filing
  • It sits alongside your existing accounting, machine and quality software
  • Modules switch on and off, so you only run the parts you need

How long does implementation take?

There is no implementation project. Sign-up is self-serve and most teams have their first daily board live the same day, with no setup or implementation fee.
