What is OEE software?
OEE software measures Overall Equipment Effectiveness — availability multiplied by performance multiplied by quality — for a machine, line or value stream. Good OEE software does more than show the number: it records why the losses happened so the plant can remove them.
How is OEE calculated in DO.Impact?
Availability is run time divided by planned production time, performance is actual output against the ideal rate for the time run, and quality is good parts divided by total parts. The three multiply into OEE, and each factor is traceable back to the shifts and downtime events behind it.
Do operators need a computer to record downtime?
No. The Floor view is a touch-friendly kiosk mode built for a shared shop-floor tablet or screen. Operators tap a downtime reason from large tiles; no keyboard, no per-user login at the machine.
Can we track OEE without a full MES rollout?
Yes. DO.Impact runs alongside whatever MOM/ERP you already have, or on its own. Most small plants start with one line, a short downtime reason list and a daily SQDP board, then widen once the numbers are trusted.
What does it cost to start?
There is no setup fee. You can open the read-only TitanScale demo with real data straight away, or start a free sandbox workspace. Paid plans are aimed at manufacturers with 10 to 150 employees.
